About Kenon Bates

I couple my process-oriented chemical engineering background with project management and continuous improvement. I prefer to work with a team to tackle cross-functional, high-impact projects because of the opportunities to both teach others and learn from others. Knowing that the projects and programs which I manage and implement will help patients with severe motion loss return and live life to the fullest gives me satisfaction and refreshes me everyday.After prioritizing the needs and projects for the business, I utilize data and statistical methods to create models and useful business reports that depict trends to assist the Sales Department in reaching its goals. I am continuing to hone my ability to explain complex information and ideas to be understood and digested across all levels of the organization.
