I believe leadership is less about control and more about trust and guidance. My approach has shifted from directing outcomes to enabling them, giving teams space to decide, grow, and thrive- to shepherd, not command. I help people move through complex and ambiguous environments and navigate change with clarity and confidence. With more than 20 years of experience in operations, facilities, and strategic project work, I’ve led teams through transformation, scaled organizations, and built high-functioning environments. But what I’m most proud of is helping people rise, building structures that support autonomy and cultures that foster meaning and momentum. Whether launching new offices, leading large-scale change, or simply finding a better way to do something, I focus on presence, purpose, and partnership.
