The competencies honed in this role, such as vendor relations and performance metrics management, have been instrumental in delivering high-impact training solutions. Our team’s achievements include the development of annual training plans with strategic student recruiting strategies, enhancing the readiness of SLTT governments and private entities. Recognized for my advanced certifications, such as ALEM and CLEM, my expertise in emergency response has been foundational in contributing to FEMA's reputation as a leader in disaster preparedness and response.
