Worked at L3 Communication from June 2009 to May 2013 as Program Manager, 30 months of that as a Staffing Coordinator for a large contract placing linguists in seven different CONUS sites. Working with 3 different PMs and 22 subcontractors, helped to expand the employees from 54 to 72 performing critical langauge analysis. Unfortunately, the program slowed and my coordinator was no longer needed. Primed for another Coordinator position for language programs, funding was cut. I completed a course and passed a certification for Security+ in hopes of getting one of two positions at Fort Meade, but the timing didn't work out. So, I moved to Augusta, Georgia in hopes of finding work at Fort Gordon. Didn't happen there. But I did get a call to come back to Maryland in June to manage language training in support of Army operations.
