I boost individual and organizational performance with my talent for translating customer needs into solutions, optimizing resources, strategic problem-solving, enhancing efficiency, knowledge transfer to others and leveraging team technical expertise. As a Chronicler I am a strong supporter of Knowledge Management and believe our solutions and improvements should be documented, easy to find, and transferred to our peers. This allows us to both share and retain our knowledge and make us more efficient as a whole. I believe AI can be the resource used to streamline knowledge sharing, making it more efficient and accessible, ultimately driving innovation and continuous improvement across diverse domains. As a Collaboration Enthusiast, I strongly believe in the power of teamwork and knowledge sharing to achieve the best possible solutions. I am committed to working closely with others, combining our expertise to overcome challenges and drive success.I'm passionate about new technology and love discussing how it can improve our lives, as well as the potential challenges it may bring. Whether it's hydrogen-powered trains, drone applications, AI, or the latest features in a new car, I enjoy diving into the possibilities and exploring both the benefits and drawbacks of innovation.I enjoy board gaming because it helps me build relationships and share knowledge by teaching each other new concepts and strategies that different games offer. I find miniature painting to be relaxing, as it allows me to tap into my creativity, think innovatively, and stay deeply focused on intricate details.
