Additional experience includes managing departments consisting of a PMO & operational back-office business units with budgets in excess of 100 million euro. This experience has been gained within the government, financial services & TMT sectors over the past 25 years. My industry experience includes the segmentation of telecommunication infrastructure assets from Three Ireland establishing an independent business valued at €680 million euro. As Managing Director my responsibilities included operating the business in parallel to completing due diligence resulting in the sale of CK Hutchison Networks group for €10 billion euro. As a consultant, I setup a digital PMO, established fiscal control, procurement compliance & governed the delivery of architectural designs for this largest infrastructure projects in the world. My current engagement involves the delivery of a strategic instant payment solution for the pillar banks in Ireland.
