About Kent Stahler

I am responsible for financial planning and analysis to support Vanguard's Personal Advisor Services division. My organization combines deep expertise in financial modeling with business acumen and relationship management to shape the strategic investments and growth trajectory of our business. Previously, I led both the Operations and Service Offer functions of Vanguard's Retirement Plan business. I also served as a business strategy consultant in Vanguard’s Corporate Strategy organization, where I focused primarily on global growth. After earning a B.A. from Grove City College, I joined National City Bank’s (now PNC) management development program, where I earned a Black Belt in Six Sigma process improvement. I subsequently completed my M.B.A. from St. Joseph’s University after joining Vanguard as a metrics/business planning manager in 2005.
