About Kent Taylor

A bilingual international finance and process improvement professional with extensive experience leading teams thru financial consolidation, tax reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes. From the review of critical business processes and application of lean six sigma methodologies, have implemented multiple sustainable cost saving improvements. My professional experience includes thirty years focused in financial management and leadership development. My international experience includes positions as Controller and International Finance Director. In addition to work related travel to over twenty countries, I was an expat in three Latin countries over a 12-year period. I believe leadership is a privilege earned by example thru commitment and dedication while, at all times, exercising the highest level of integrity. Leadership willingly accepts the responsibility to inspire others toward a common goal with the objective that each will ultimately internalize the mission and vision of the organization and recognize their unique contribution toward success. I'm an avid average golfer and enjoy seeking adventure in the great outdoors. I love to hike and, when time permits, scuba dive. I have spent many hours camping, hiking, and photographing nature throughout Central and South America.
