Need someone to figure out how to get that business unit making money? From running my own small enterprise, to leading a complex, multi service line business, with over employees, that is what I do. And most importantly, I do it with honesty, integrity, and respect for the people who make it happen. Referred to as “the mechanic”, I am often the go to person when things are looking bad for a business unit, division, or region. I am in my element, creating a strategy, and taking it from the back of the pack, to being a front runner. I have grown businesses from losing money, to becoming profit leaders, through great leadership, execution of strategy, and teamwork. Nothing excites me more, than celebrating this kind of success with the team who got it done. Once clear goals have been established, I apply my experience effectively, and independently, without further need for motivation of guidance, to see projects through to their successful completion. I enjoy the accountability that comes with these missions, and savor the success that we ultimately achieve! I take great satisfaction in developing talent within my teams. The most important contribution I can make as a leader, is to mentor, grow, and support the future leaders I work with.
