I’ve always been a builder and a problem-solver. As a kid, I rebuilt classic cars. Today, I create scalable systems for a national direct sales organization. I enjoy making ideas come to life. Curiosity and creativity drive my work. I feel most energized when I blend hands-on tasks with strategic thinking and leading my team. Today, I lead one of the largest teams in our organization. My role spans from customer acquisition to retention strategy. I design high-performance systems that drive measurable results and help people grow. Recently, a funnel optimization I led resulted in a 20% increase in conversion rates. Whether I’m building workflows or building people up, I focus on thoughtful design, constant testing, and fast iteration. Outside of business, I’m a licensed pilot, lifelong learner, and hands-on creator. Regardless of whether I’m restoring a car, renovating a home, or refining a sales process, I approach each challenge the same way.
