I began my career while attending The Ohio State University, working in cooperative education as a mechanical engineer for the Central Intelligence Agency in Washington, DC. This job taught me the importance of loyalty, discretion and professionalism in the workplace. After graduation, I entered the sales profession, and found my way to the semiconductor industry. I’m a technical sales and management professional with over 15 years of experience in the industry. I have worked with companies such as Texas Instruments, Maxim Semiconductor, ST Microelectronics, Atmel Corporation, Advanced Micro Devices, Motorola (Freescale) and TriQuint (Qorvo) Semiconductor. I have always exceeded the expectations of my employer. As an example, I once worked for several weeks on an account that others told me was “a waste of time”. After discovering that the head engineer in charge of the chemical delivery project enjoyed golfing, I invited him to Dallas for a day on the golf course. A few weeks later, I closed the deal for nearly one million dollars, with another six hundred thousand to follow within weeks. As another example, I was promised a 15% bonus if I hit my yearly sales budget. After exceeding my sales goals by 25%, I was awarded a 25% year-end bonus. When I set my sights on a goal, I am unstoppable. I am currently working as an independent sales contractor. I am seeking a sales or management position in a technical role.
