About Kento Goi

I believe in a world where every individual can truly pursue what they want to do. Life is Borderless. With that passion, I have built my career in HR. When I was a university student, I spent a year traveling around the world. During that journey, I received countless heartfelt acts of kindness from people across the globe—experiences that deeply shaped my values and inspired me to give back to society through my work and life. After graduating from Kobe University, I joined Kuraray, a global materials manufacturer, where I worked in a wide range of HR areas, including factory HR, talent development, cross-organizational collaboration design, and recruitment. In March 2025, I joined Borderless Japan, a company that solves social issues through the power of business. I’m deeply committed to recruiting globally minded individuals—regardless of nationality—who are passionate about creating new businesses to solve social challenges and aspire to become social entrepreneurs in the future. I also design onboarding and talent development systems to help them thrive and build teams that generate social impact. Ultimately, my goal is to help realize a regenerative society—where both people and nature can grow and flourish together. To make that happen, I want to help create a world where social business becomes the next standard.
