I studied English and Writing at University, going on to complete a Higher Education Diploma (Level 5). I particularly enjoy satirical fiction, but whilst studying I relished the opportunity to write for a variety of purposes. I have a flair for language and communication (both spoken and written), a strong grasp of conceptual thought and an eye for detail. I currently work for The Open University UK as a Content Writer/Editor and Administrator. My role focusses on creating and administering Wiki-style staff web content in accordance with the Plain English Campaign, as part of our own internal search engine, the Knowledge Management System (KMS).
