Since joining Meridian in 2013, I've had the opportunity to bring my brand of ownership and innovation to every project, role, and Member interaction. I'm a driven professional with experience and interest in relationship building, presentation, new media, and leadership. As a partner, I'm known for my supportive, collaborative, and solutions-focused approach. Over the past decade, I've gained a diverse skill set across several industries, including financial services, risk mitigation, consumer privacy, customer experience, catering, hospitality, sports & entertainment, escalated complaint resolution, journalism, digital design, social media, and video production. Some of my career highlights include leading a comprehensive service excellence program with over 150 individuals across Ontario, completing the Accelerated Civil Leadership Program with Leadership Niagara, helping enhance the digital presence of various local organizations, and founding & operating an incorporation with my wife & best friend Michelle.
