With over five years of experience in the human services field, I am passionate about helping families navigate complex care needs and improve their quality of life. As a Care Coordinator at Wellthy, I work with a diverse and remote team to provide personalized and holistic care solutions for clients with chronic conditions, disabilities, and aging issues. I leverage my skills in care management, conflict resolution, and de-escalation to ensure timely and effective communication, coordination, and advocacy among clients, families, providers, and insurers. Previously, I was a Crisis Counselor at the NYS Office of Mental Health, where I supported individuals and communities affected by the COVID-19 pandemic through phone and text counseling, crisis intervention, and referral services. I also have experience as a Training Specialist at Care Design New York, where I developed and delivered training programs for care managers and supervisors on topics such as person-centered planning, cultural competence, and trauma-informed care. I have a bachelor's degree in psychology and sociology, and an associate's degree in family and consumer sciences.
