Outside of work, I champion AI and STEM access through nonprofit leadership, city initiatives, and founding Tech Week Pittsburgh. I’m an operational strategist and program leader known for turning big ideas into scalable results. At Google, I manage global engineering teams, leveraging AI to optimize workflows, improve quality, and deliver impactful solutions. My career spans technology, finance, customer experience, and public utilities—leading initiatives at Google, YouTube, and PNC Financial Services that improved efficiency, enhanced customer journeys, and brought innovative products to market. I thrive on solving complex challenges, aligning stakeholders, and building systems that work smarter and faster. Beyond my corporate work, I’m committed to expanding access to technology and opportunity. I serve on multiple nonprofit boards, lead Google’s Pittsburgh Black Googler Network and K-12 Education initiatives, and founded Tech Week Pittsburgh to grow AI and STEM exposure for underrepresented communities. With an M.S. in Organizational Leadership & Change Management, B.S. in Information Technology and Network Security & Agile certifications, I bring a balance of strategic vision, operational discipline, and people-focused leadership—delivering solutions that inspire, scale, and last.
