About Kenyon Nash

We fix and we buy houses all day, everyday. Need home repairs? Need to sell? Want us to get your property "purchase ready"? Contact Us. We work with Home Owners, Realtors, Contractors, Appraisers, Stager's & the list goes on. If you're ready for your property to sell or excel, simply call us or email us and lets move forward! We believe strongly in the Real Estate industries duty to empower communities through tapping and expanding upon the latent talents and abilities inherent within every local demographic. In that effort we acquire properties primarily in economically disadvantaged areas, that are in need of rehabilitation and renovate them or make them available to Real Estate Investors who take pride in adding value to communities. I pay $500 finder fees on distressed property & motivated seller referrals as we close. I also refer business to a network of professionals consisting of: Attorneys & Paralegals, Contractors, Insurance Agents, Claims Adjusters, Foreclosure Consultants, Title Companies, Loan Officers, etc. So if you find yourself in need of a reputable professional, you can leverage my network. My primary area of interest is Prince George's County Maryland, but connections to Real Estate professionals nationwide allow me to structure successful transactions across the country.*If you know of someone who's having trouble selling their real estate via conventional methods, get me in a conversation with them and I will work to create a win/win/win trifecta and you will GET PAID a share of the profits.
