IT Management Consultant | AMOA– Financial Sector | Information Systems Auditor | IT Change Management & Digital Transformation With a dual profile as an auditor and consultant, I bring both analytical rigor and strategic vision, thanks to a Master’s degree in Management of Information Systems (MIS). This background shaped my ability to navigate complex projects with a strong focus on digital transformation. After a first experience in IT audit and cybersecurity, I joined Wevioo as an IT management consultant. Today, I’m supporting change management as "AMOA" for a banking core system transformation project based on Temenos T24. I’m specifically involved in the International and Treasury modules, starting with the modeling of target processes by analyzing the current situation and leveraging T24 capabilities. I’m also building impact matrices, drafting procedures and operational manuals, and supporting the bank throughout the project lifecycle. My approach? Translating business needs into actionable solutions, bridging the gap between IT and business teams, and staying one step ahead on information systems challenges.
