About Kera Fleming

I am a Senior Product Manager. Let me start from the beginning. In 2010 I started my journey as Vendor Operations Analyst at Health Net. Many promotions later I became the lead Vendor Operations Analyst specializing in Medicare pre and post enrollment. Our company grew, as did our systems therefore, I had the honor to embark (what I did not know at the time) on my future career writing requirements and working with the development team to design and test the OCOE system. Knowing at this point my passion lies with agile project management, I decided to continue my career as a Product Owner. For the last 5 years I have practiced a range of skills writing epics and features/user stories and prioritizing business requirements for various member and broker communications as well as designing complex user interfaces for the business. One soft skill I have that sets me above the rest is the ability to connect and relate to clients. I know have the Product Owner/Product Manager certification through Scaled Agile Framework (SAFE) and I plan to dedicate many more years growing this skill and expanding into other roles with-in the lean enterprise.
