About Kerby Souffrant

With over six years of work experience in engineering, I am a passionate and skilled Electrical Project Engineer at iAutomation. I deliver high-quality electrical schematics, control panel layouts, and 80/20 extrusion designs that meet or exceed customer expectations and standards. I have a background in programming and testing PLCs, developing and verifying signal mapping, and troubleshooting software and electrical systems. I work closely with sales, engineering, and production teams, as well as customers and project managers, to coordinate and execute projects on time and within budget. In my current role at iAutomation, I have generated electrical schematics, control panel layouts, and 80/20 extrusion designs with Solidworks Electrical and 3DCad, using customer drawings, standards, and specifications. I have also produced competitive quotations and bill of materials, and participated in crucial meetings with customers and purchasers to establish project timelines. Additionally, I have leveraged my skills in control systems, vendor relations, and enclosure design to ensure optimal performance and quality of the products and systems that I design and deliver.
