About Keri Liedel

Skilled human resources and talent acquisition professional with over 7 years of full life-cycle recruiting experience in permanent, contract, temporary and temporary to hire staffing. In addition to full life-cycle recruiting, I also possess over 12 years of student recruiting experience in higher education, including admission of students into healthcare, information technology, veterinary, electrical, cosmetology and business programs. 10 of my 12 years in higher education were spent as a leader in a Director of Admissions capacity at a private career college. In my current role, I engage with top talent across the nation in hopes of identifying new team members for a consulting firm that has services that extend across the world, impacting performance and customer experience for client partners. In addition to seeking permanent consulting team members, I also contribute to TAaaS offerings through the firm, contracted to support organizations of all shapes and sizes to hire permanent team members for their contact centers. I pride myself in providing a top notch experience for both my employer as well as internal and external candidates. I respect the "human" in Human Operations.
