About Keri McAnea

A registered Urban Planner (RPP; CIP) and a full chartered member of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) with 22 years of public and private sector experience in both the UK and Canada. Keri has in-depth knowledge and excellent track record in transit infrastructure planning, a range of high quality urban and environmental planning projects, affordable housing, urban design, land and retail economics, and large scale development master planning. She is also experienced in providing expert testimony, evidence and affidavits for judicial proceedings and hearings. Keri is experienced in transit infrastructure planning for both Metrolinx and TTC, on transit orientated affordable housing developments; as a municipal planner processing development applications, and in the private sector on multiple types of projects including major mixed use land development projects for high profile blue-chip clients. Keri has a keen interest in urban renewal and the creation of vibrant, complete communities with an emphasis on exemplary urban design.
