Below is a selection of the top accomplishments from my career: • Reversing a history of $38M losses at Lolli and Pops to attain $60M in revenue and $4M in profit, achieving an astounding financial turnaround and the first EBITDA profitable year in 2021. • Boosting profitability at Lolli and Pops by cutting general and administrative (G&A) expenses by $9M, renegotiating leases to reduce costs by 35%, and redesigning the staffing model to save $3M and drive 10% sales growth. • Adding two new revenue channels at Lolli and Pops by launching an e-commerce platform and wholesale operations, rapidly expanding wholesale to 2,500 accounts within two years while avoiding any substantial capital investments. • Operating Sephora inside JCPenney as a joint venture business that generated a record-breaking company revenue of $1.3B and achieved $130M EBITA, the largest profit growth ever seen in Sephora’s North America division.
