I've worked in accounting for over twelve years. In my previous job, I have worked with various software such as Tempest, Unit 4, QuickBooks, Ultipro, Peachtree, and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Access, Powerpoint) to calculate and fix Reconciliation errors in the payroll system. Some of my achievements so far are building strong relationships within the company both locally and internationally. I have always created an exceptional experience for outbound customers by using professional customer service techniques, personalizing, and focusing on adding value to a call. I also provide multi-level communication regarding accounting information, with employees, clients, and financial institutions. I prioritized tasks to meet tight deadlines; I multitask very well and am detail-oriented. I am always ready and willing to learn and take on new tasks/assignments.
