About Kerri Alvarez

I have two decades of experience in marketing, advertising, and public relations. My career has been filled with valuable experiences in both the corporate and agency worlds, and I have had the opportunity to practice in a vast number of industries and in all areas of public relations, from research, strategic planning and media relations to crisis communication, social media and community relations. I have been very active in the Public Relations Society of America on both the national and local levels and have served as a mentor to PR professionals seeking the coveted Accreditation in Public Relations certification (APR). While now living in Tennessee, I am a Mississippi native and have lived in a number of cities across the state, from the southern coast to the northern border, and I am a proud graduate of Mississippi State University.
