As a consultant, I have helped clients advance the wealth, financial security and wellness of their employees through their pension plan and savings offerings, while navigating the complexities of multi-jurisdictional pension legislation in Canada. I have also led service delivery teams and virtual, cross-functional project teams, focused on operational excellence within an organization, ensuring alignment of process, technology and people to business strategy.
