About Kerrie Murphy

A seasoned salon business coach with over 20 years ’ worldwide experience within the hair and beauty industry. I have worked for some of the industry’s most respected, award winning hair and beauty salons globally, including Sean Hanna, Mohamed Al Sagheer, Micheal Van Clarke and Gustav Fouche. Using my knowledge and experience, I work with salon owners / managers to explore, identify and understand the strengths and weaknesses of the salon. Areas of businesses I specialise in include business management, mentoring,team motivation and morale, operational support, client success, support, internal and external training. I always recommend a contemporary salon audit whereby systematic, operational and process needs are identified on which my recommendations and remedies are based. Following on from this, I will develop a 90 day plan as part of your longer term (2 year) goals, which will enable financial and work life balance. I will provide constant support throughout this period. This is all delivered via a flexible online coaching programme which fits around your availability. During this turbulent period whereby everyone is effected by rising costs, we should all pull together. Therefore, I offer an element of free coaching to salons on a case by case basis to assess business needs and create a plan to best facilitate the best way forward.
