I have over 28 years’ experience working in marketing and communications, combined with public affairs and a science/analytical background and, more recently, leading on the delivery of an operational and sales strategy for my current charity's retail division [18 shops and a large warehouse]. My attributes include professionalism and loyalty, as well as a reputation for being a team motivator and innovative leader. I am a creative thinker, have good problem solving skills and a sound track record of good leadership. I have considerable stakeholder management experience, having worked with those in the education sector, prison and probation services, the Royal Household and Central and Local Government. This has required excellent interpersonal skills at all levels from Senior Ministers and Civil Servants and senior leaders in a wide range of commercial and private sector organisations.
