About Kerry Campion

Most people see old buildings. I see untapped potential, hidden stories, and complex puzzles waiting to be solved. Growing up surrounded by history, I developed an appreciation for how the built environment influences economic opportunity and community legacy. That perspective guided my academic path: A foundation in Historic Preservation and Community Planning taught me how urban planning and policy affect people’s lives and cultural resources. A degree in Business Administration provided me with the tools to understand operations and management, and most recently, earning an MBA with a focus in Business Analytics equipped me with the financial, analytical, strategic, and relationship-building skills needed to translate ideas into measurable impact. Through a range of roles, I have built a skill set that bridges preservation insight with business strategy. This approach applies across industries and enables me to balance diverse perspectives, analyze complex challenges, and deliver results in environments that require both creativity and rigor. I am excited to begin the next chapter of my career in Philadelphia and look forward to connecting with professionals and organizations where I can add immediate value in a full-time role while growing as a mission-driven professional.
