About Kerry Campling
A highly experienced, driven & capable business manager with 20+ years HR consultancy experience in a range of organisations from small to large, public & private. Having graduated in I started my career in sales at The Times and progressed quickly to a career in HR starting in management consultancy. After relocating to Kent, my experience then expanded to include a range of organisations from education, insurance, children’s homes and cross channel ferry operators plus cathedrals and I gradually became more and more involved in the business I had helped to set up in 2013 - a brewery! The brewery is all encompassing - a fully immersed role involving all aspects of running a business. The enables me to utilise the broad skills I have gained working in such varied and different organisations to really add value whilst also learning and challenging myself in an ever changing, agile and exciting environment. In 2022 we opened a taproom at the brewery, and in 2023 we took on a brand new bar and another pop-up (watch this space for more news on that in 2024).
