Director, accounting policy and internal controls for Pembina Pipeline Corp. Prior to this, I was an Associate Partner, in Financial Accounting Advisory Services with EY Calgary Volunteer Treasurer, Ski Jumping Canada Trusted accounting and financial reporting advisor with over 30 years of experience working with clients and staff on various financial reporting and internal control matters under IFRS and US GAAP in Canada and Australia. My accounting experience spans a variety of industries, including but not limited to software, telecommunications and the energy industries. Specializing in solving complex accounting and financial reporting challenges such as complicated deal structures and contracts, joint arrangements, M&A related issues, renewable energy arrangements and carbon offsets. Bachelor of Commerce; member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada (CPA Canada), the Canadian IFRS Discussion Group (IDG) and the CPA Canada Sustainability Preparers Working Group; former member of CPA Canada’s IFRS Oil and Gas Industry Task Force and the Canadian Association of Petroleum Producers’ IFRS Committee.
