I joined Point32Health in 2023 as a Peer Recovery Specialist. I’m not one to “fly under the radar” and stay in my own bubble of mental health peer support. Prior to Point32Health, I was an Aftercare Coordinator at Beacon Health Options and a Peer Specialist at North Suffolk Mental Health Association. During my time at Point32Health, I have participated in many Focus Groups to improve different departments and processes. In 2024, I joined the Employee Engagement workgroup where I meet with like-minded professionals to discover new ideas and promote colleague connections in a predominantly remote work environment. In addition to employee engagement, I am passionate about learning, development, and training. I actively seek out new opportunities to train coworkers on workflows and systems, as well as co-facilitate department wide workshops.
