With a history of overachieving objectives as an innovative problem solver, I effectively combine sharp analytical skills with expertise in billing operations and carrier/wholesale telecom invoicing. As an adaptable, stabilizing force amid major change, I was personally selected by senior managers for a post-acquisition integration project after a 95% staff layoff. After Level 3 Communications’ purchase of Global Crossing in 2011, I spearheaded the integration of the billing and order entry systems, successfully transferring 1500+ customers generating ~$500M in annual revenues. As part of that project, I navigated such issues as the precise fulfillment of previously negotiated contractual rates and agreements for former Global Crossing customers. I would additionally like to highlight the following:• Supervising 12 billing analysts accountable for $40M in monthly billings for carrier/wholesale telecom customers. Concurrently, supervised 2 contract implementation analysts in new account set-up and maintenance• Detailing benchmarks and standards for billing production, personnel performance, and quality control while dually ensuring compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley mandates.• Producing and auditing the invoices of 90+ carrier/wholesale customers to ensure 100% information accuracy.• Fulfilling the specialized and manual requisites for customer contracts as a subject matter expert (SME) for multiple products. • Excelling as a Billing Analyst, quickly earning a promotion to Team Leader within one year.
