About Kerry Etheridge

Since 2004, I’ve worked across multiple sectors consistently holding customer facing roles that developed my core expertise in customer service and stakeholder management. Over time, I’ve built a skill set that blends customer insight with technical knowledge, operational delivery, and strategic thinking, driving service improvements, leading national teams, and managing complex projects end-to-end. With 13 years + experience across the UK housing sector with experience in shared ownership, private sale, affordable housing, general needs, and housing management. I’ve worked across both sides of the sector: on the housing association side affordable and general needs homes, and on the development side delivering new-build schemes. In my current role as Customer Home Experience Manager, I lead a national remote team responsible for the full customer journey from benchmark snag, pre-completion property quality and completions through to defect resolution and aftercare handover. My team is accountable for property quality, customer satisfaction, and ensuring a smooth and consistent experience for every customer. I’m focused on raising standards, improving processes, and ensuring customers are genuinely at the centre of what we do. I also sit on the Staff Council for the Development directorate at Clarion, representing colleagues and contributing to wider business improvement.
