About Kerry Featon

The industry of working with people is one which I have a raw passion for, being involved in supporting people to learn and grow personally as well as professionally through a variety of professional capacities over the last couple of decades. I first started my journey in the industry of Community Services as a personal carer while in my mid teens. Through the years i have grown into multiple roles and taken up opportunities that have allowed me to have been a staff supervisor, team leader as well as a trainer for multiple healthcare organisations. I’ve been heavily involved in community networking projects and government funded projects for a local government council as well as multiple not for profit organisations. I have very much enjoyed spending my time in every role i have taken onboard. I moved into a complete staff development role late 2019 and there started my focus on HR, workplace culture and compliance. In this ever developing industry no matter what the professional label is, I have always taken pride in my work, been proud of my reputation and that of the company I work for. I am known for being passionate, giving 100% and promoting Human Rights through strong ethics and strict values to not only "do no harm" to others. but also to create positive change where possible.
