I began as a first-grade teacher in a low-income school, grounded by a Master’s in Education from Nova Southeastern University. That foundation—creating systems, guiding growth, and leading with heart—still fuels everything I do. – As Co-Founder of Worx Partner, I help REALTORS®, mortgage pros, and title partners form real, results-driven collaborations. With $26 billion+ in production supported, Worx delivers modern systems, strategic education, and sustainable growth. We don’t just teach real estate—we build professional ecosystems that last. – Through Hero Benefits Network (HBN), I help make homeownership possible for those who serve—military members, educators, first responders, healthcare workers, nonprofit employees, government workers, and union members. We partner with certified REALTORS®, mortgage loan originators, and title companies nationwide to guide heroes through the homebuying process—with access to grants, expert support, and mission-first service. It’s not just about closing deals—it’s about opening doors for the people who show up for us every day. I’m passionate about building communities—of professionals who grow together, and of heroes whose lives are changed through homeownership. & I share life with my husband and business partner, Russ Fitzpatrick, and our blended family of five. I’m a proud chicken mom, a devoted gardener, and the full-time wrangler of Maggie, our peanut butter-colored pup. To stay grounded and focused, I practice daily meditation—a quiet ritual that helps me navigate leadership, life, and the occasional inner chaos with clarity (and ideally, grace).
