About Kerry Ford

I am a hungry, driven, self aware and motivated individual who is always looking towards the next challenge. I have a tenacity to constantly improve myself and draw out the best of both myself and the people around me. I am a very well organised member of any team, and pride myself on my calm and composed demeanour, even when the pressure is on. I will not accept anything on face value, and am not afraid to challenge behaviours, attitudes and processes. I am confident in my own ability and trust myself to make the correct judgement after using my reasoning skills to assess risk. I believe my enthusiasm and drive is contagious and I look to encourage others to fulfil their potential, offering support and guidance as required. I am also keen to spot potential in other colleagues that may not have already been recognised, and help them to realise it. I use my skills and capabilities outside of employment aswell. I volunteer for a local charity as a Child Bereavement Counsellor, which further enhances and challenges my skillset in a completely different capacity. This in turn allows me to use my enhanced skill set in my work life, continuing to grow and learn throughout my career.
