Prior to co-founding Multiple, Kerry has worked globally to shape people agendas that fuel strategic business agendas. She has consulted and published in leadership, culture, talent, employer branding and workplace flexibility for over 25 years and has served as a Non-Executive Director and Chair in the Financial Services and Education Sectors. An authentic and strategic leader, she helps organisations perform and thrive whilst also rethinking the opportunity to create positive human impact through corporate governance, organisational cultures, leadership, high performing teams, learning agility and untapped talent. Highlights: Held senior regional and global roles across transforming sectors and organisations in Mars Incorporated, AP Moller Maersk and Novo Nordisk. Track record for developing strategy and pragmatic scalable initiatives for large, complex global organisations. Academic and consulting career developed deep expertise and analytical skills to measure and report on solutions and impact. Corporate Governance experience overseeing strategy and governance in hyper competitive and regulated financial services sector. Kerry was a pioneer on workplace flexibility, hybrid work and the implications for employer branding, leadership and culture, focusing on this question in her PhD, which was awarded from Monash University.
