About Kerry Harvey

Whilst working in the mobile sector I have experienced great change. I have had to adapt, change and develop myself through advances in technology. To be able to work in an industry which has gone from products with only one function to products which have transformed people’s lives shows this very well. My pursuit of pushing a first time resolution them has resulted in keeping customers for longer as well as increasing their spend. I have a very 'can do' attitude to work & am a very 'glass half-full' person. In addition to this I see myself as very methodical and inquisitive and pride myself in being able to get to the bottom of any issue or challenge given to me. I'm also able to learn and pick things up very quickly when tasked with new responsibilities. I take my own personal development seriously and am very proud of the fact that by keeping up to date of advances in the industry has helped me get the maximum of out customers in the right way. I won’t just accept the ‘status quo’ when working. If I can see that a process could be improved with a positive end result for the customer and the business then I will look at what can be done to make this change. I pride myself on being able to forge and maintain effective working relationships with any team that I have worked with or in as well as my customers. My current role involves ensuring our customers get a first time resolution and resourcing, jeopardy management and ensuring sla's are met. I am proud of my ability to prioritise tasks ensuring all work is allocated and all faults are prioritised without failing other work.
