About Kerry Howells

I’m Dr Kerry Howells, a social change agent, who is passionate about working with individuals and organisations to discover the role of gratitude in bringing about flourishing relationships, a respectful workplace culture, and ultimately a more peaceful world.I do this through writing, coaching, consultancy, programs, and book clubs all based on over 25 years academic research. I help my clients – leaders, educators, parents, coaches, HR managers – discover and practise ‘deep gratitude’: relational, authentic, meaningful, sustainable, and transformative. My philosophy is that at if we want to thrive and live to our true potential, we need to find ways to value the relationships in our lives – both those we find easy and those we find difficult. My research has shown that we can’t have flourishing relationships without gratitude. My work helps clients to achieve this in ways where they feel informed, supported, confident and respected.
