Successful in implementing the newest technology to ensure that the operation is cost efficient using minimal manpower to achieve the required results. Through my career I have managed crews of union and contract work forces up to 100 people with a leadership style through coaching and leading by example, while getting to know each person’s strength and weakness with the goal of helping them to develop into employee’s that can take on the responsibly and ownership of their role. Commissioning projects and with decades of operations experience I have become a Projects Specialist with an exceptional understanding of process and design, always looking for ways to improve the operating systems to make them safer and a more efficient operation, while looking for cost savings, operationally functionality, and user/maintenance friendly.
