Background

About Kerry Lafave

I’m a highly experienced business analyst and support professional with 29 years of experience in retail merchandising systems (eCommerce and brick-and-mortar), project management, software quality assurance, vendor management, documentation, training, and development. I have strong communication skills and relate easily with colleagues in various roles at different levels in a business. I enjoy the challenge of learning new skills and tools and always work to inspire and challenge others to do likewise. Throughout my career, I’ve successfully managed and supported projects where I’ve been able to introduce creative solutions that consistently exceeded expectations. My career goal is to further extend my skills and strengths in new contexts, with ongoing opportunities for professional and personal development. I thrive in a culture where success is measured by results and teams are encouraged to step outside their comfort zones to get things done. If something is broken, I get involved in finding the solution rather than waiting for someone else to fix it. I apply these principles consistently in both my professional and personal lives.
