WHAT I DO Busy business owners often lose sight of why they went into business in the first place. I help them prioritise and get clarity on the lifestyle they want for themselves and their family. Together we then build the business growth around this objective. WORKING ONE TO ONE Most business owners are the experts in their specialism yet struggle to be in control of their business. Their teams rarely work cohesively and strategic planning is often just transactional with frequent missed targets. Blame is often high on the agenda with leaders too afraid to make mistakes or try new ideas. Through one-to-one coaching we’ll get clarity on key opportunities and challenges, objectives, timelines, who is responsible and how we’ll hold them accountable. WORKING WITH GROUPS At a lower investment point, our very small businesses & start-ups receive business education and learn from other business owners’ experiences. We experiment with the different hats a business owner needs to wear to have a successful business through planning, action and reflection. Through this process business owners get their businesses under control and as a result achieve consistent growth. WHY IT WORKS It works because I have 30 years of professional experience, learning about human behaviour - through education, management, customer service, team building, sales and marketing and with years of experience in adult coaching, business training and development.
