I love coaching! Having the privilege to work with people that want to create lasting positive change in their lives is truly my passion. It brings me a tremendous amount of joy to witness life changing moments. Developing mental fitness, resiliency and creating joy through the power of choice while utilizing the tools unique to each one of us, the journey can truly be life altering. This work creates sustainable results both personally and professionally, physically and mentally, which ripple through relationships with friends, family and colleagues creating fresh perspectives and promoting positive lasting growth. An accredited Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federal (ICF) and trained at Coaches Training Institute (CTI) obtaining the certification as a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC). I coach emerging leaders and executives, athletes, parents and adolescents who are looking to develop their own inner strength, resiliency and a drive to create the mindset that works for them. Before becoming an ICF Credentialed Coach I operated my own marketing and consulting firm for over 29 years, assisting clients, with their marketing, operations and staffing. In my spare time I love digging into the brain and the heart. I have studied with experts in creating Positive Neuroplasticity, The Neuroscience Academy, Neurodharma, Positive Intelligence, Conscious Business, Positive Psychology, Emotional Intelligence, The Adolescent Brain and Neuroscience, Consciousness and Transformational Coaching.
