Environmental Scientist and Drone Pilot with a strong background in environmental assessments, site visits, remediation, and sampling. Experienced in performing Phase I & II Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs), stormwater inspections, underground storage tank (UST) removal, and environmental remediation, including PFAS remediation and sampling. Proficient in performing Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasures (SPCC) inspections and Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans inspections. Certified OSHA HAZWOPER 40 and FAA Section 107 Remote Airman (Drone Pilot License). Experience includes conducting hundreds of environmental site assessments, including Phase I & II ESAs-my largest included hundreds of acres for The Boring Company. Performed environmental remediation projects, including landfill remediation and ambient air monitoring at the San Antonio Airport, and underground storage tank (UST) removal for the City of San Antonio, in addition to soil sampling, low-flow groundwater sampling, and surface water sampling for dozens of projects. Provided advisory services on environmental restoration and PFAS remediation for government contractors. Experience in the energy industry includes oil/diesel spills, propane systems, designing residential solar power systems, and biodiesel production. Bilingual in Spanish, with experience leading, training, and teaching. My Bachelor of Science in Multidisciplinary Science is from the University of Texas at San Antonio, and coursework includes Biology, Geology, Chemistry, Physics, Environmental Science, and Environmental Law.
