About Kerry McMahon

With almost 20 years in the hospitality industry, representing some of the most iconic luxury resorts in the world is both a privilege and a passion. As the Director of Global Sales, Northeast, for AIC Hotel Group, I represent a collection of properties, including UNICO 20°87°, Nobu Hotels, Hard Rock Hotel All-Inclusive Collection and AVA Resort Cancun. Our resorts are known for delivering unparalleled experiences, featuring world-class dining, expansive meeting spaces, and breathtaking beach destinations across Mexico, the Caribbean, and the United States. Throughout my career, I’ve been actively involved with professional organizations such as FICP, SITE, and MPI, allowing me to stay ahead of industry trends while giving back through leadership and collaboration. My journey includes memorable sales roles at Hamilton Park Hotel & Conference Center, Hilton Waikiki Prince Kuhio, and Halekulani, all of which have shaped my expertise in client engagement and delivering unforgettable moments. I am committed to building meaningful connections, fostering lasting relationships, and delivering extraordinary experiences.
