I am Passionate about Further education, the Health and social care sector and safeguarding. Having worked within the home care sector and re-enablement, I have a high level of competence working with various health conditions and levels of support. I have developed these skills into a career path expanding from health and social care specific and into business management. I am a qualified IQA and I have experience of delivering Diplomas and apprenticeships from level 2- level 5 along with functional skills Level 1 and Level 2, both in group sessions and 1:1, in a classroom and virtually. I love to support people with their development and to see them build their own confidence within their sector.
