About Kerry Nicholson

Starting in I led Legacy Partners' emergence as a leading developer, builder and manager of award-winning residential mixed-use projects in the Pacific Northwest. Prior to that, I had two decades of senior executive experience leading real estate construction lending teams at Wells Fargo, Bank of America and GE Capital, including four years managing Special Credits and Bank REO teams for Bank of America. I have recently stepped back from full-time employment, turning over the management of the Seattle/Portland portfolio to my successor, Parker Nicholson. I am, however, actively engaged in the development of major multi-family projects on Maui and Oahu. I am founder and a past Chair of the ULI Northwest Multi-Family Product Council, past Chair of the ULI District Council and a member of the national Urban Mixed Use Product Council of the Urban Land Institute. I am a current board member and past Chair of the Advisory Council for the University of Washington's Runstad Real Estate Department (part of the College of the Built Environment).
