Background

About Kerry Phillips

I am deeply passionate about philanthropy and driven to create meaningful opportunities for individuals to experience the joy of giving. With extensive experience in international incentives, events, media launches, marketing, and the non-profit sector, I am honoured to serve as Foundation Director at Thomas More College, an independent co-educational school. In my role, I aim to connect generosity with gratitude, ensuring that donors—whether individuals or corporates—witness the tangible impact of their contributions. My previous experience as Trust Manager at St Henry’s Marist College has further fuelled my commitment to fostering relationships with donors, alumni, and students. Creativity, structure, partnerships, collaboration, and generosity form the core of my approach. At Thomas More College, I am privileged to be part of a dynamic and supportive community that values excellence, integrity, belonging, and connection. By creating opportunities for donors to engage meaningfully with the school’s mission and values, we aim to build a legacy of giving that will impact generations to come.
