I am a proven, results-oriented leader who is passionate about service to customers, both internal and external. I get results using strategic communications, innovative customer engagement, and creative strategies. I fluidly work with people of all ages and walks of life and have a particular passion for supporting people and teams to both achieve their goals and flourish in the effort. It is important to me to build a supportive and positive culture and environment that helps individuals and teams perform at their best. I lead with an informed, creative and fun spirit. Achieving our shared goals while enjoying the work and each other makes every day a great day to come to work. Some of my specialities include- Simplifying and strengthening communication strategy to get the desired result- Gaining agreement among multiple stakeholder groups or customers- Facilitating creative problem-solving within teams and supporting teams to be more self-organizing- Coming up with new approaches to old problems and creating successful pilot projects- Using ongoing, live customer feedback and data to enhance the effectiveness of strategic plans- Refining or developing new processes, structures or roles to address challenges or take advantage of opportunities.
